Northwest Suburban College is committed to excellence in education. In doing so, we strive to provide easily accessible and complete information about the College in order for individuals to make informed decisions. 

Northwest Suburban College is approved by the Private Business and Vocational Schools Division of the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE:PBVS) for its allied health programs. The College is also an approved testing site for the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) for each of its applicable allied programs.

The College was accredited in August 2014 through the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS). However, effective November 16, 2017, NWSC is no longer accredited by ACICS and NWSC is currently pursuing alternative institutional accreditation.
