Northwest Suburban College is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Senior Associate of Digital Marketing & Recruitment to lead digital marketing and student recruitment efforts. This role brings agency-level digital marketing capabilities in-house to take full ownership of the recruitment funnel from initial search through student enrollment.
Compensation
$65,000–$70,000 annually | Full-Time | Exempt
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented. You possess the hands-on capability to independently analyze ad performance, implement solutions, and measure outcomes—focusing on student enrollments rather than vanity metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising: Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, and Instagram advertising campaigns.
SEO & Web Optimization: Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO strategies, landing-page optimization, and website conversion rate improvements.
Analytics & Data: Set up conversion tracking, analyze Google Analytics/GA4 data, and produce monthly reports tracking ad spend, leads, cost per lead, cost per enrollment, and ROI.
Funnel & CRM Management: Track the complete funnel (Lead → Inquiry → Application → Enrollment) using the Element451 CRM and execute email/SMS nurturing campaigns in close collaboration with Admissions.
Program Campaigns: Execute campaigns across NWSC programs, including Medical Assisting, Pharmacy Technician, MRI, HCM, BHS, and AAS-MA.
Recruitment Support: Manage recruitment-focused social media content and support open houses and community events.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Recruitment, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Advertising & SEO: Demonstrated expertise managing Google Ads and Meta/Facebook advertising, along with a solid understanding of SEO, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
Tools: Practical experience using Google Analytics/GA4 and CRM systems.
Capabilities: Ability to independently manage the entire recruitment funnel end-to-end.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in higher education or student recruitment.
Familiarity with CRMs such as Element451, Slate, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, or Looker Studio.
Hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing automation, Canva/content creation, and AI marketing tools.
