Employers want to know that you’re a team player, so stay positive and calm in this answer. Maybe you discuss how you’d handle conflict by walking your coworker through the problem like a friend would. Maybe you’d take the bull by the horns and go straight to the issue at hand. Maybe you’d talk to your manager and work through the issue together. Whatever the answer is, make sure it’s a positive one.
