Student Payment Portal

The online payment portal gives students a secure and convenient way to pay tuition, fees, and other charges directly to Northwest Suburban College. By streamlining the payment process, it saves time and makes managing your payments easier. 

Students are responsible for paying the amount agreed upon with the NWSC Accounts Office. If you have any questions about your balance or payment amount, please contact the Accounts Office before submitting your payment. 

By using this portal, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Accuracy of Information: Ensure all payment details entered are accurate, as NWSC is not liable for errors caused by incorrect information.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed by a third-party service provider, and any associated fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund Policy: Tuition and fee payments adhere to NWSC’s refund policy, available in the College Catalog.
  • Privacy and Security: All personal and financial information is protected under NWSC’s privacy policy and applicable laws.
